Job Summary

Hexagon is seeking an accomplished Field Marketing and Communications Manager to lead our marketing strategy in the UK, focusing on demand generation. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing and event management within a 360-marketing framework to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

This role involves collaboration with local and global teams to ensure consistent marketing efforts. You will be responsible for creating and executing innovative campaigns across digital channels, content, and events, using data-driven insights to optimize results and maximize ROI.

You will manage projects from digital advertising to industry events, build relationships with key partners, and develop compelling content aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Demand Generation: Develop strategies to attract and nurture potential clients through digital channels, content, and events.
  • Campaign Development: Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and market reach.
  • Event Management: Organize and manage industry events to position Hexagon as a thought leader.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance, using insights to improve strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with sales, product management, and global marketing teams for alignment.
  • Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
  • Content Creation: Develop strategic content supporting marketing campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets and resource allocation.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on marketing trends and tools.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on demand generation and pipeline development.
  • Expertise in B2B marketing, using tools like Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Experience with Google Ads, social media, Unbounce, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
