Job summary

The Crowd in London is seeking a Senior FF&E Designer to lead FF&E projects across luxury hospitality, spanning hotels, F&B, spas and large-scale developments. You will work closely with senior leadership, clients and external consultants to shape the FF&E vision and drive projects through the design process.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of six years’ experience in interior design and project management, ideally within luxury hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience within interior design and project management across luxury hospitality projects.
• Strong passion and knowledge of interior architecture, interior design, furniture and product design.
• Excellent eye for colour, materials, composition and form.
• Excellent managerial, presentation and communication skills.
• Confident and diplomatic communicator with experience working with clients, consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead FF&E projects from conception through to completion across all project stages.
• Collaborate with directors and associates to develop and communicate the creative vision.
• Lead design research during concept development and elevate design quality.
• Provide design and technical direction to the project team.
• Coordinate with clients, operators, consultants and contractors to ensure high standards.
• Participate in client presentations and represent the studio professionally.
• Mentor and support team members to develop their design skills.

Our client is an established interior design studio delivering high-profile projects across the luxury hospitality sector, with a portfolio spanning hotels, F&B, spas and other large-scale developments. Their work is recognised for its considered approach to design, bringing together distinctive concepts, exceptional materials and carefully crafted details.

They are now looking for a Senior FF&E Designer to join their team and take a leading role across a range of exciting projects. Working closely with senior leadership, clients and external consultants, you will be responsible for helping shape the FF&E vision and driving projects through the design process.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years’ experience within interior design and project management, ideally gained across luxury hospitality, F&B, spa or hotel projects.
