We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior FF&E Designer for an international restaurant group with distinctive dining concepts and interiors. You will contribute to a diverse hospitality portfolio and coordinate from concept through to installation, with strong opportunities for professional development.

The role supports mood boards, sourcing FF&E, and liaising with suppliers, while developing technical drawings and presentations in a collaborative team environment. 1 day WFH.

Formación

• Two years’ experience in interior design, FF&E, hospitality or residential environments.
• Strong technical skills with AutoCAD or similar, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
• Keen eye for colour, materials and detail; aware of current design trends in hospitality.

Responsabilidades

• Assist throughout the design process from concept to sourcing and on-site installation.
• Develop creative schemes, mood boards and presentation materials.
• Source FF&E, prepare specifications and maintain schedules; liaise with suppliers.
• Monitor orders, lead times, and support site installations and project handovers.
• Contribute ideas within a collaborative team and adapt to deadlines.

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior FF&E Designer on behalf of an international restaurant group known for its distinctive dining concepts and beautifully designed interiors. With an expanding portfolio and ambitious international growth plans, this is an excellent opportunity to join an in-house design team and contribute to a variety of exciting hospitality projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience within an interior design, FF&E, hospitality or residential environment, alongside a genuine passion for furniture, lighting, materials and finishes. You will be involved throughout the design process, from concept development and visualisation through to sourcing, specification and on-site installation, with plenty of opportunity for professional development.

Working closely with the wider design team, you will assist with developing creative schemes, producing mood boards and presentation materials, sourcing FF&E, preparing specifications and maintaining schedules. You will also liaise with suppliers and manufacturers, monitor orders and lead times, and support site installations, project handovers and snagging.

Applicants should have strong technical skills, including AutoCAD or a similar drawing package, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, alongside good freehand sketching abilities. A keen eye for colour, materials and detail is essential, as is an awareness of current design trends and the wider hospitality industry.

This is a busy, hands-on role suited to someone who is creative, proactive and well organised, with strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to contribute ideas within a collaborative team. A positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work to deadlines are key to success.
