Job description

Mid-Weight FF&E Designer - Luxury Hotels

A globally renowned interior design and architecture studio based in London is looking for a skilled Interior/FF&E Designer to join their growing team. With over four decades of experience, this practice has earned an international reputation for delivering innovative, design-led hospitality and residential projects.

In this position, you’ll take the lead on the FF&E side of high-end hospitality schemes, collaborating with a talented team of interior designers, architects, and project managers. You’ll be responsible for developing FF&E concepts, curating detailed schedules and sample boards, and ensuring all selections meet both the creative vision and client expectations. From sourcing and specifying to overseeing installation and quality control, your input will help shape luxurious, brand-aligned interiors across prestigious hotels, resorts, and restaurants worldwide.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture and bring at least five years of experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing luxury hospitality projects. A deep understanding of materials, finishes, and furnishings, along with strong supplier knowledge in the high-end sector, is essential. You’ll also need excellent organisational and presentation skills, and the ability to multitask and collaborate effectively across teams.

In return, you’ll join a dynamic and inclusive studio with the opportunity to work on internationally acclaimed projects. The firm offers flexible hybrid working, a supportive environment that encourages creativity, and a competitive salary and benefits package.

If you’re passionate about hospitality design and want to be part of a globally respected design studio, we’d love to hear from you.
