• At least respiratory registrar / post-CCT with LT Ventilation sub-speciality interest.
• Experience in domiciliary non-invasive and invasive tracheostomy ventilation.
• Willingness to participate in audit and research portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inpatient and outpatient LTV services.
• Lead specialist clinics and ward rounds for LTV.
• Manage referral triage and inter-hospital transfers.
• Participate in a formal audit and research portfolio.
• Support ongoing service development and MDT care planning.
