Job summary

Just Farm, based in the heart of the Cotswolds, is seeking a senior-level professional to guide farmers and landowners through DEFRA funding schemes and maximise potential.

You will build and grow client relationships, communicate value, and lead the Client Service Specialist team while delivering annual client reviews and industry engagement. Degree level education and a proactive mindset are essential, with a strong passion for countryside farming.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of DEFRA schemes: Higher Tier, SFI/ELMs.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities and relationships.
• Communicate Just Farm values and services to clients.
• Design and deliver schemes to maximise client resilience and profitability.
• Brief the Client Service Specialist team to ensure exceptional client service.
• Attend industry events to network and stay updated.
