Qualificações

Position Overview

As a Farm Business Consultant, you will provide comprehensive advisory services to farm businesses throughout the region. You will combine strategic, technical and financial expertise to support agricultural clients in navigating policy changes, improving profitability and implementing sustainable practices. Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and financial advisory services to agricultural businesses
• Oversee and develop an established client portfolio across the region
• Produce detailed financial forecasts, budgets and business development plans
• Support clients with grant applications and funding opportunities
• Guide farm businesses through agricultural policy updates and compliance requirements
• Offer advice on sustainable farm management and operational efficiency
• Cultivate strong working relationships with clients and industry contacts
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the consultancy's regional presence

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in Agriculture, Farm Management, Agricultural Economics or related field
• Demonstrable experience in farm business consultancy, advisory services or senior farm management
• Comprehensive understanding of UK agricultural policy and regulatory frameworks
• Strong technical knowledge of farm financial management, budgeting and forecasting
• Experience with agricultural grant schemes and funding applications
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships
