Oldham Council's Family Help service is seeking an experienced Senior Family Worker to manage an allocated caseload of families with complex needs and to lead multi-agency meetings coordinating development and delivery of joint support plans to address risks and needs.

Working within Oldham Council's Family Help service, you will be an experienced Family Worker with strong knowledge of good practice in work with children and families, experience of holding cases, developing quality support plans for families and ensuring children and families receive coordinated support from other relevant agencies as required.
