Oldham Council is seeking a Deputy District Family Help Team Manager to lead and shape the district Family Help service within the Families First Partnership Programme at Chadderton Town Hall. Timely and effective family help is central to Families First, and we are implementing our district family help team model. Working within Oldham Council’s Family Help service, you will be an outstanding family worker with strong knowledge of good practice in family help and experience of delivering high-quality targeted family help to children and families including leading multi-agency teams around the family. You may also have experience of developing and leading a team.
