Frasia Wright Associates in Glasgow is seeking a Senior Solicitor to join its Family Law Team. You will handle a range of family law matters, including high-value divorce and complex child law cases, with an emphasis on strategic case management and client care.

The role involves advising on financial provision, drafting settlements and nuptial/cohabitation agreements, and conducting pleadings and advocacy in sheriff court proceedings.

Qualifications

• Senior Family Solicitor with experience in family law.

• Drafting financial settlement agreements and nuptial/cohabitation agreements.

This successful Family Law Team is currently recruiting a Senior Solicitor to be involved in a variety of family law matters. You will be involved in a range of work which will include child law cases and complex high value divorce / dissolution. Some of your duties will include:

• Providing advice to clients on financial provision upon separation and divorce and acting for clients in child related matters including residence and contact disputes child relocation applications and child abduction petitions.
• Drafting financial settlement agreements, pre and post nuptial and cohabitation agreements.
• Drafting pleadings and conducting advocacy in sheriff court litigation.
