Qualifications

• Senior Family Solicitor with experience in family law.
• Experience handling high-value divorce and child law matters.
• Drafting financial settlement agreements and nuptial/cohabitation agreements.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice to clients on financial provision upon separation and divorce and acting for clients in child related matters including residence and contact disputes, child relocation applications and child abduction petitions.
• Drafting financial settlement agreements, pre and post nuptial and cohabitation agreements.
• Drafting pleadings and conducting advocacy in sheriff court litigation.
