Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates is seeking a senior lawyer for a leading practice in Glasgow. The role involves handling family law matters such as child custody, divorce, adoption, and mediation, with guidance from the Head of Department.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years PQE with a strong litigation background and experience managing sensitive, complex cases. Full-time position with condensed four-day hours also encouraged to apply.

We are delighted to have been instructed on this senior litigation role with our client, an established law firm based in Glasgow with expertise in areas such as employment law, litigation, family law, personal injury claims and private client. Due to firm growth, there is currently a need for an experienced lawyer to join its busy practice in Central Glasgow.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Department and can expect to be involved in and provide advice on all aspects of family law including child custody, divorce, adoption, guardianships orders and mediation.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 10+ years PQE with a strong background in litigation; previous experience of handling sensitive and complex cases is essential for this role. This is a full-time position however, candidates seeking condensed hours (4 days) are also encouraged to apply.
