Job summary

A leading Legal 500 firm based in North Hampshire is seeking a Senior Family Solicitor to join their busy team in Farnborough. The role focuses on private family work including divorce, financial disputes and arrangements, with emphasis on medium to high-net-worth cases.

You will bring solid family law grounding and 6+ years PQE from a respected firm, developing clients and potentially supervising junior staff.

Qualifications

• Solid grounding in family law with strong technical experience and at least 6 years PQE.
• Experience at a well-regarded regional or City firm with local area knowledge.
• Desirable following or ability to develop clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of private family work, including divorce, financial disputes and financial arrangements.
• Develop clients and drive growth of the department.
• Support and mentor more junior members of the team.

Role

The firm are growing fast and are seeking an experienced family lawyer to join the department and focus on the full spectrum of private family work including divorce, financial disputes and financial arrangements. There will be a particular focus on medium to high-net-worth cases.

You

You must have a solid grounding in family law with strong technical experience and at least 6 years PQE. You will be coming from a well regarded regional or City law firm with knowledge of the local area. Candidates should have enthusiasm and drive with a track record of developing clients as well as experience in managing more junior members of the team. A following is desirable but not essential.
