Job summary

Henderson Scott Limited in Poole is seeking a Senior Associate Family Solicitor to join its well-regarded regional team. You will take on a senior role within the Family department and handle high-quality matrimonial and financial remedy matters.

The role offers a strong platform for progression, with hybrid working (typically 1 day from home), a £70,000-£80,000 DOE remuneration package, and opportunities to lead and develop the team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 6+ PQE in Family Law.
• Strong experience in high-value matrimonial and financial matters.
• Confident in advocacy and court appearances.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Commercially aware with interest in business development.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy caseload.

The Role
