The Opportunity

The Facilities Management team is made up of Mechanical and Electrical Services Engineers, who have a strong appreciation of both the technical and the consultancy aspects of the job working in a variety of sectors. We are looking for someone who has this blended technical knowledge to join our team in Bristol to undertake the process of providing specialist advice on all aspects of the aftercare of buildings including Strategic and Financial Planning, Technical Services and Operational Support. From that, you will deliver technical excellence and high-performance sustainable solutions.

The role will see you:

• managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while being able to deliver high-quality results
• ·appreciating the client’s key objectives and developing solutions to meet these, including implementing sustainable solutions on projects
• inputting and actioning deliverables such as technical solutions, reports, drawings, scopes of work and specifications

Is this role right for you?

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• Has a background in engineering within the building services or property management environment working in a maintenance provider, managing agent or consulting role.
• Has knowledge of sustainable, low carbon solutions
• Is Degree or HND/C qualified
• Holds a full UK Driving Licence
• Is working towards Chartered Engineer status with an industry institution such as CIBSE
