Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Lead Facilities and Maintenance Manager to lead the site maintenance function and ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operation of plant, equipment, buildings, utilities, and infrastructure.

You will drive maintenance delivery, contractor management, budgeting, and continuous improvement in line with global facilities frameworks, ensuring asset availability and business resilience.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in manufacturing and facility management.
• Knowledge level comparable to a master's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead site maintenance to ensure safe, compliant, and effective support across the site.
• Align maintenance strategy with GE Aerospace Global Facilities frameworks.
• Oversee budgets, quotations, sourcing, and service provider alignment.
• Lead planned, preventive, and reactive maintenance to maximize asset availability.
• Maintain data in the CMMS/Maximo and report KPIs.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions, TPM/Kaizen, and lean improvements.
• Support incident investigations and high-risk issue escalation.
• Promote best-practice maintenance standards including ISO 41000.
