Job summary

Calderdale and Huddersfield Solutions Ltd (CHS) are seeking an experienced operational facilities lead to deputise for the Head of Facilities and manage all facilities services across CHS buildings at Huddersfield. The role focuses on service delivery, policy development, compliance with health & safety, and supporting the reconfiguration programme and new clinical build readiness at CRH.

A degree (or equivalent) and significant NHS/FM experience are required. Salary £56,698 per year.

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent in an associated field.
• Experience managing facilities services at senior NHS or private sector level.
• Membership of an associated professional organization e.g. British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly performance reports for facilities functions and present to Senior Management.
• Lead the operational delivery of facilities services across CHS buildings.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and best practice guides.
