Job summary

EQUANS is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor for Calderdale Royal Hospital, Halifax. This permanent full-time role is 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

You will supervise a multi-discipline Estates maintenance team and service partners, collaborating with the senior team to deliver a patient-focused, cost-effective facilities management service at the hospital.

Qualifications

• Having a Mechanical bias (HVAC, Plumbing, Gas etc) trained to a minimum NVQ Level 3.
• Authorised Person position previously held or willing to take on roles.
• Previously held a supervisory or team leader role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a multi discipline Estates maintenance team & service partners day to day operations.
• Collaborate with senior team to deliver a customer focused, cost effective facilities management service.
• Oversee maintenance tasks to ensure standards and timelines are met.
