Job summary

Box Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join a nationwide façade remediation specialist in Manchester. The role is office-based and involves leading cost estimation for complex building envelope projects up to £10 million.

You will review drawings, specifications and tender documents, price PCSA projects, and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure accurate tender submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience as Estimator/Senior Estimator in façade remediation or building envelope sectors.
• Knowledge of system performance to meet building safety standards.
• Ability to price PCSA projects and understood prelim strategies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for façade remediation and projects up to £10 million.
• Manage estimating process from enquiry to tender submission.
• Review drawings, specs, schedules and tender docs.
• Interrogate FRAEWs reports and review quantities and cost plans.
• Obtain and analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Identify commercial risks and value engineering opportunities.
• Support projects through PCSA process and liaise with teams and clients.
• Occasional site visits to gather information.
