Job summary

Albion Recruitment Ltd, on behalf of a well-established contractor in the façade and building envelope sector, invites an experienced Project Manager to join its Manchester team.

You will oversee façade and cladding projects from start to finish, manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure safety, quality and budgets are met. This role offers exposure to a range of external envelope schemes and long-term career progression with a reputable contractor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project Manager within the façade, cladding or building envelope sector.
• Strong understanding of façade systems, including rainscreen cladding, SFS and external envelope works.
• Experience managing subcontractors, construction programmes and project budgets.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant construction qualifications would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of façade and cladding projects from start through to completion.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Take responsibility for project programmes, procurement, quality and health & safety.
• Liaise with clients, main contractors and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues and ensure works meet the required standards.
