Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting a Project Manager to lead façade re-cladding projects in the Manchester area. The role covers from pre-construction through to completion, supervising site operations to deliver safely, on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

The successful candidate will oversee planning, programming and execution, coordinate site teams and suppliers, and manage client relations while ensuring regulatory compliance and reporting on progress.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within facade/cladding sector.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Managing façade re-cladding projects across Manchester
• Overseeing planning, programming and execution
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensuring adherence to health & safety regulations
• Managing client relationships and acting as key contact
• Monitoring progress, budgets and commercial performance
• Resolving technical and operational challenges on site
• Reporting to senior management on project status
