The Company you will be working for;

Mtrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Senior Export Coordinator to join their expanding team on a full-time, permanent basis. If you feel you have the required skills and experience then please apply for an immediate response!

The Role you will be doing;

  • Coordinating export schedules with internal departments.
  • Managing international shipping, freight bookings, and documentation.
  • Processing orders and invoices using internal systems and SAGE200.
  • Overseeing order loading and logistics tracking.
  • Ensuring accurate document delivery in line with payment terms.
  • Supporting quality assurance and trade event logistics.

About You;

  • Excellent communication skills in English (other languages a plus).
  • Supervisory experience would be an immediate advantage
  • Strong organisation and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAGE200 ideal).
  • Awareness of cultural sensitivities in international trade.
  • Previous experience in export, shipping, or logistics preferred.
  • Knowledge of export compliance and documentation.
