Job summary

Biglight is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to translate customer insight into products, services and experiences. You will lead research, facilitate workshops, own significant workstreams, and work directly with clients to shape decisions and drive progress.

Using user‑centred design, you’ll balance customer, business and delivery needs to create intuitive, effective experiences and measurable value for major brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in UX, research and service design with measurable client outcomes.
• Proven ability to plan and lead research, facilitate workshops and translate insight into design decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience using Figma, Miro and related collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research, interviews, usability studies, surveys and stakeholder sessions.
• Create UX deliverables: flows, wires, journey maps, service blueprints, prototypes, A/B test approaches.
• Lead workshops, present design recommendations and guide decision‑making with clients.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to implement user‑centred solutions.
