Job summary

Finatal is seeking a Senior Exit Support Consultant to steer a multi-billion-pound exit. You will work directly with the C-suite and private equity sponsor, coordinating complex workstreams and ensuring alignment across management and external advisers.

This high-profile role requires a track record of leading large exits, deep transaction lifecycle knowledge, and strong programme management. Infra sector experience is advantageous in a fast-paced, scrutinised environment.

Qualifications

• Led or played a senior role in large-scale exits.
• Deep understanding of the transaction lifecycle.
• Strong track record coordinating multiple workstreams.
• Experience with external advisers (banks, accountants, lawyers).
• Ability to partner with C-suite and PE sponsors.
• Infrastructure sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the C-suite and PE sponsor through execution of a multi-billion exit.
• Own and coordinate the integrated exit plan across workstreams.
• Drive transaction readiness and meet tight timelines.
• Coordinate financial, commercial, legal, tax and operational workstreams.
• Manage external advisers including banks, accountants, consultants and lawyers.
• Act as central coordinator between management, PE sponsor and advisers.
• Track deliverables, dependencies, risks and critical decisions.
• Prepare transaction materials and management outputs.
• Ensure senior stakeholders have visibility over progress.
• Drive accountability to maintain momentum toward exit.
