Phipps Cameron Recruitment Ltd is supporting a PE-backed manufacturing business in London that seeks an Interim Finance Director who can drive exit readiness, tighten controls and lead the finance function to be ready for exit.

The role is hands-on, requires PE-exit experience, strong technical finance and the ability to partner with senior stakeholders and sponsors to deliver rapid improvements in reporting, modelling and processes.

Qualifications

• Proven PE-backed exit experience is essential.
• Experienced Interim FD/Finance Director with a strong track record of delivery.
• Ideally experience within manufacturing, industrials or a complex operational environment.
• Strong technical finance, modelling and commercial capability.
• Comfortable operating at pace with senior stakeholders and sponsors.
• Hands-on and highly pragmatic.

The Opportunity

We are supporting a PE-backed manufacturing business entering a period of exit preparation.

They are looking for an experienced Interim FD to come in, take control and get the Finance function fully prepared for exit. This is a hands‑on role requiring someone who has been through an exit before and knows what good looks like.

The Role
