Job summary

Verbatim Exec, the executive search brand of Verbatim Pharma, is seeking an experienced Executive Search Researcher to support the Head of Executive Search in delivering retained assignments across the UK, Europe and the US.

You will identify high-calibre senior and C-suite candidates, build market intelligence, and drive research activities throughout assignments, contributing to client and candidate experience and our research toolkit development.

Qualifications

• Previous executive search experience is essential.
• You should be confident researching, approaching and engaging senior-level candidates.
• Strong market-mapping and candidate-identification skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with a proactive and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market mapping and competitor research.
• Identify senior executives and specialist leadership talent.
• Build detailed target-company and candidate lists.
• Approach and engage prospective candidates.
• Produce candidate profiles, market insights and search updates.
• Manage research activity throughout the full search process.
• Support the delivery of an exceptional client and candidate experience.
• Contribute to the development of research tools, processes and capabilities.
