Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years recruitment experience with substantial executive-search background.
• Strong billing and new-business track record.
• Experience running a desk, managing senior client relationships and delivering high-value assignments.
• Commercial judgment to advise senior stakeholders and win retained work.
• Experience mentoring or developing junior recruiters or researchers.
• Ambition to build a specialist market, practice area or future team.
• Genuine interest in sport with connections across the sports ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Win, lead and deliver complex senior executive-search mandates across specialist markets.
• Own and deepen key client relationships as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders.
• Build and execute a commercial strategy for a sector, function or geography with growth accountability.
• Lead the full executive-search process: briefing, research, market mapping, engagement, shortlist, interviews and closure.
• Mentor and support junior consultants, researchers and delivery colleagues.
• Build a high-quality market profile through sector insight and networking.
• Identify opportunities to develop new services, accounts, practice areas and future team capability.
• Support ICP’s international growth plans and the Australian office development.
