About the Role:

Dockers is a a global retailer and is part of the Levi's & Strauss Company. Dockers works with OMD EMEA across Europe, and we are looking for a talented and aspiring specialist in paid search and paid social to take ownership of the day to day campaign management and delivery, as part of our wider team of experts.

The role sits within our Dockers Performance Media team. You will work with and report into a Paid Search Manager and a Paid Social Manager on the Dockers team to develop and deliver best in class performance strategies, and work in collaboration to the wider performance team to ensure the client business objectives are met.

The Paid Search and Social Senior Executive is responsible for executing our Paid Search and Paid Social programmes across the region for Dockers. You will be responsible for executing best-in-class Paid Search and Paid Social strategies, supporting with planning and delivering strategies across branding, performance media and ecommerce, and delivering on Docker's business priorities.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, a problem-solver, with a hands on background in paid search and paid social to deliver best service for Dockers.

Responsibilities involve:

  • Executing the key priorities and workstreams for paid social for Dockers
  • Executing the test & learn plan for Dockers, and support in identifying testing opportunities
  • Supporting in identify and deliver growth opportunities
  • High quality, robust and actionable data and performance analysis & reporting
  • You will support with partner management
  • Additionally, you will be a part of the OMD EMEA Performance Community, where we want you to share your expertise and knowledge
About You:
  • Experience managing paid search and paid social
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of media agency ecosystem
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • You will have experience across Google Ads, Meta and TikTok
  • Experience in SnapChat, Twitter and Reddit, as well and campaign management platforms such as SA360, is highly beneficial
  • You will have strong excel skills
  • An understanding of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics is highly beneficial
  • You will have a good understanding of KPI selection within paid search and paid social
  • You will have experience activating paid search and paid social and therefore an understanding of best practice across campaign type, campaign structure, optimisation, QA, reporting, insight generation and finance
