Job summary

Collins King & Associates represents a historic Mayfair venue recruiting an experienced Event Manager to oversee day-to-day event operations from planning to flawless delivery.

You will lead the events team on site, coordinate with kitchen and venue staff, and ensure guests receive exceptional service across weddings, private dinners, cocktail parties, awards dinners and other celebrations.

Qualifications

• Experience in events and hospitality required.
• Ability to lead on-site teams and coordinate with kitchen and venues.

Responsibilities

• Take full operational ownership of events on the day
• Lead and motivate the events and front-of-house team
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, catering and wider venue teams
• Ensure room layouts, service, timings and event details are delivered perfectly
• Maintain exceptionally high standards of food, service and presentation
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are exceeded
• Brief and debrief the team before and after events
• Ensure all health & safety, licensing and operational procedures are followed
