Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd in London is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to lead premium events, weddings and large-scale functions. You will own events from prep to service, directing teams and ensuring flawless execution across production kitchens and live venues.

The ideal candidate has senior sous or lead events chef experience in luxury hospitality, strong production skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams under pressure. Overtime is paid and progression is strong.

Salary: £45,000-£48,000 + Paid Overtime
Earning Potential: £51,000-£58,000+

Want to lead incredible events, cook at a seriously high level and earn well for the hours you put in?

I’m recruiting a strong Senior Sous Chef / Lead Events Chef for a premium London events business, delivering everything from intimate private dinners and weddings to corporate events and large-scale functions.

You’ll take ownership of your own events, leading teams and making sure everything runs beautifully from production and prep through to service and delivery on-site.
