Job summary

SearchWorks is recruiting an Event Sales & Delivery Manager in Manchester to lead end-to-end venue sales and on-site event delivery for premium corporate events, brand activations, fashion launches and creative productions.

You will win new business, manage the full client journey from enquiry through to on-site execution, and drive revenue, margins and repeat business with strong stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Proven experience generating and converting event or venue sales.
• Experience managing events from enquiry to on-site delivery.
• Strong commercial judgement including quotations, negotiations, budgets and margins.
• Confident coordinating suppliers, contractors and event teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate new corporate and commercial event opportunities.
• Build relationships with agencies, production companies and premium brands.
• Manage enquiries, venue tours, proposals, quotations and contract negotiations.
• Develop creative event packages that maximise revenue and booking value.
• Manage the sales pipeline and achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Lead client planning meetings and produce detailed event plans.
• Coordinate catering, AV, production, branding, security, suppliers and staffing.
• Oversee event setup, live delivery and breakdown.
• Complete post-event reviews and financial reconciliation.
• Develop repeat business through excellent client relationship management.
