Royall is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of high-budget events and internal comms projects across the UK and internationally. You will mentor project teams, manage client accounts, and drive content production while aiming for senior director-level responsibility.

Based in the Midlands, this full-time role offers opportunities for growth toward a Project Director position within 1–2 years and involves working with top global brands in a dynamic agency environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering live events and internal comms within an agency.
• 2–3 years as Senior Project Manager or 5+ years event management.
• Willingness to progress to Project Director within 1–2 years.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a car.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Oversee production, technical setup, logistics, delegate management, and supplier delivery for large-scale live and hybrid events.
• Team Guidance & Leadership: Mentor and direct Project Managers and Coordinators, helping drive team performance while stepping into line management as you develop toward Project Director.
• Content Strategy & Execution: Oversee the delivery of event content, video/film, digital assets, and live presentations in line with client objectives.
• Financial Oversight: Manage full project budgets to target margins, maintaining WIP updates, cash flow management, and post-event reconciliations.
• Quality & Compliance: Maintain operational excellence, including ISO 9001 compliance, GDPR protocols, and comprehensive Health & Safety / Risk Assessments.
• Agency & Account Growth: Support account leadership with pitch creative, proposals, and new business opportunities.
