FANTASTIC opportunity for a Senior Event Project Manager to lead a wide range of internal communications conferences and events!

The company

This leading events and production agency delivers a range of live events, creative conferences, and campaigns for big-name brands. They handle internal events, incentives, and awards, and are industry leaders in corporate live events and production. The role

This new role in their London office will lead large-scale projects from start to finish. You will be the client-facing lynchpin, coordinating event logistics, production, creative, and content by collaborating with internal departments and external suppliers. From concept to completion, you will manage projects, oversee budgets (up to reconciliation), and ensure events are delivered on time and within budget.

About you

We seek candidates with a strong agency background, experienced in leading large-scale internal communications events and conferences. You should have independently managed large-scale event projects, understand event logistics and production, and work in a process-driven manner. This is an excellent opportunity for career progression! The role requires managing your own projects and budgets. A driver’s license is needed for travel to UK events, and owning a car is ideally preferred.
