Job summary

• Real ownership, fast: you will lead smaller events end-to-end from the outset, building the project delivery skills that open doors at a senior level.
• Genuine international exposure: roughly 70% of projects are overseas, with trips typically running four to five nights at a time, giving you a breadth of incentive travel and live delivery experience that most roles this side of account director do not offer.
• Creative collaboration: you will work directly with an in-house Creative Studio on client concepts, copywriting and comms production, so your input shapes the brand experiences delegates actually experience.
• Flexibility built into the structure: once-a-fortnight office requirement, coworking spaces covered, and one full month per year where you can work from wherever suits you.
