Job summary

Encore in London is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end event delivery, from design through closure, ensuring profitable execution and adherence to standards.

You will partner with Sales, Operations and Technical teams to shape event requirements, create schedules, manage budgets, and mentor technical staff on site, while maintaining client satisfaction and high-quality service across projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical experience in the Corporate Staging or Broadcast industry; PM experience preferred.
• 1+ year of Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong technical background.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Familiarity with budgets and cost control.
• Operational logistics experience.
• Works well under pressure.
• Ability to travel up to 50% may be required.
• MS Office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and communicate technical production & labor schedules, sub-rental requirements, project scope and responsibilities.
• Determine resources required to successfully complete each project.
• Attend client meetings, maintain show documentation and respond to client questions.
• Monitor project scope and adjust to ensure successful completion.
• Assist sales and operations with equipment needs and technical solutions.
• Review sales documents to ensure equipment and positions meet client needs.
• Develop strong client relationships and provide outstanding service.
• Provide leadership for technical teams on events.
• Ensure required HSE documents are in place and communicated to the team.
• Onsite leadership from load-in to load-out and inventory management.
