Job summary

Like It Love It Ltd in London is seeking Senior Event Coordinators who live and breathe music, nightlife and live events to take the reins on their own portfolio. You'll own events end to end—from concept and launch to sell-out, advancing, and deciding when to run it back bigger.

Work across international territories with our marketing, entertainment, creative and operations teams to grow brands, launch new concepts and scale successful shows to new markets.

• Proven experience delivering live events from concept to close (end-to-end ownership).
• Strong knowledge of music, nightlife, festivals and live events.
• Commercial mindset with forecasting, budgeting and sales performance awareness.

We're an international live events company throwing some of the most talked-about shows on the planet, across the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, South Africa, the USA and Canada. We build brands from a single idea, sell them out, and scale them city by city. Now we're growing the team, and we're looking for Senior Event Coordinators who live and breathe music, nightlife and live events to take the reins on their own portfolio.

You'll own events end to end - concept, launch, sell-out, advancing, and the decision to run it back bigger.

The role

You'll manage and grow a portfolio of events across one or more international territories (allocated on experience and where the biggest opportunities are). Working alongside our marketing, entertainment, creative and operations teams, you'll grow existing brands, launch new concepts, and take the winners into new markets.

What you'll be doing

• Developing commercially viable event concepts within your territories
• Building projections, budgets and performance forecasts you'll be held to
• Booking and negotiating with venues - strong technical knowledge is essential
• Sourcing and booking performers and talent with our entertainment team
• Shaping creatives and launch strategies alongside marketing
• Leading weekly sales reviews and tracking performance on a rolling 7-day basis
• Working hand-in-hand with marketing to sharpen campaigns and push ticket sales
• Advancing shows in full detail with venues, suppliers and key stakeholders
• Contracting venues, artists, suppliers and event partners
• Booking the staff and stakeholders needed to deliver
• Scaling winning brands - repeat dates, extra shows, new cities, bigger rooms
• Spotting new concepts, partnerships and market opportunities
• Getting out to industry nights and building relationships in your territories
• Keeping planning, comms and delivery tight across every department

• Proven experience delivering live events from concept to close
• Strong knowledge of music, nightlife, festivals and live events
• A commercial head — confident with forecasting, budgeting and sales performance
• The instinct to own projects and make the strategic call yourself
• A solid grip on venue negotiations, event logistics and stakeholder management
• Sharp communication across venues, talent, marketing, suppliers and partners
• Serious organisation and attention to detail under a fast pace
• The ability to juggle multiple projects at once without dropping a ball
• A proactive, solutions-first attitude and confidence working independently
• Experience with scaling event brands, tours or entertainment concepts

The setup

• Monday–Friday, in our Oval, London office. This is a fully office-based role.
• Our best work happens in the room together, and the buzz of a busy events office is half the fun.
• Flexibility around launches, event schedules and international time zones.
• Occasional international travel for venue meetings, networking and delivery.
