Job summary

Believ is recruiting for a role within the Network Performance team based in London. The position focuses on socket adoption, migration projects, and expanding charging infrastructure while balancing commercial viability with technical realities.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, with hybrid working (3 days in the office: Tue, Wed, Thu) at the Southwark office. Believ offers a competitive salary, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ relevant experience in project delivery, engineering, or a consultancy role.
• Engineering or technical background (degree or equivalent).
• Strong commercial acumen – comfortable reading, drafting input to, and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Have project management responsibility for the end-to-end lifecycle of charger adoption and migration projects, including: site surveys, asset lists, and project flow creation.
• Coordinate technical aspects of each project – connectivity, back-office and tariff considerations, and liaise with internal and external teams.
• Build and maintain asset registers and project trackers; ensure data in back-office systems is correct.
• Read, interpret and negotiate commercial contracts from buyer and seller perspectives; support commercial contracts for socket adoption.
• Support the sales team on new work opportunities and due diligence for assets and suppliers.
