Job summary

Arrow Capital is seeking a Head of Development Projects – Europe to lead development, project delivery and technical oversight across its UK and European real estate portfolio, based in London.

The role oversees acquisitions, due diligence, budgeting, programmes and asset-level capital expenditure, while managing external consultants and delivery partners to ensure projects meet commercial and technical objectives across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Leading development and capital projects across Arrow’s European portfolio
• Providing development, project and technical input into new acquisitions and investment opportunities
• Overseeing external Project Managers, Cost Consultants, design teams and other specialist advisers
• Managing project strategy, budgets, programmes, procurement and delivery risk
• Supporting due diligence and technical assessment of potential investments
• Working closely with investment and asset management teams to develop and execute business plans
• Providing senior-level reporting and recommendations to key stakeholders and investment committees
• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with commercial objectives and agreed investment strategy
