Job summary

Arrow Capital in London seeks a senior Head of Development Projects – Europe to lead development and capital projects across its UK and European portfolio. You will appoint and challenge external consultants, manage risk, and drive value from acquisition through delivery.

The role requires 10+ years in development and project management, with strong client-side exposure across European markets and the ability to work across multiple jurisdictions. Regular European travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of development and project management experience in real estate
• Strong commercial understanding of cost, programme and risk
• Experience coordinating external consultants and delivery teams
• Experience operating across European markets
• Investment-led mindset with ability to engage senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead development and capital projects across Arrow’s European portfolio
• Provide development, project and technical input into new acquisitions
• Oversee external project managers, cost consultants and design teams
• Manage budgets, programmes, procurement and delivery risk
• Support due diligence and technical assessment of investments
• Collaborate with investment and asset management to execute business plans
• Provide senior-level reporting to investment committees
• Ensure projects align with commercial objectives and strategy
