Job summary

Collectors Universe Inc. in London/EMEA seeks a Senior Real Estate Project Manager to lead capital buildouts, renovations, and portfolio expansion with a focus on design standards, budgeting, and brand consistency.

You will report to the Senior Director, Real Estate and work in a Hybrid role at London or Frankfurt. You must travel up to 50% and collaborate with architects, contractors, and government authorities to guide site selection, timelines, and budgets for multiple markets across the EMEA

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Real Estate or Workplace leadership experience.
• Experience leading large office + light industrial construction projects (50k+ SF, $10M+).
• Extensive lease negotiation and construction project management experience.
• Ability to translate business objectives into measurable goals and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive real estate strategy across EMEA.
• Establish priorities for site planning, design, and construction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align real estate with business needs.
• Develop budgets and manage ongoing project budgets for efficiencies and savings.
• Guide site selection across locations, touring facilities, and developing budgets/timelines.
• Partner with authorities and stakeholders to identify opportunities and incentives.
• Mitigate risks related to permitting and construction delays.
