Job summary

Quince in London is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to bridge global creative output with European consumer behavior. Lead UK/EU strategy, test frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration with US teams to scale successful concepts.

The role focuses on adapting US creative for UK and DE/FR markets, building a rigorous testing cadence, and driving revenue growth while maintaining brand integrity. Onsite 4 days/week in London, Madrid, or Berlin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant creative and marketing experience.
• Paid Social/Direct Response experience with strong Meta expertise.
• Experience across markets; UK and/or DACH preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to write compelling briefs and copy across formats.
• Experience managing creative testing frameworks and reporting results.
• Strong project management and multi-brief coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit US creative performance to identify UK/DE/FR adaptation opportunities.
• Brief US team on market-specific needs; adjust copy and pricing for UK/DE/FR.
• Commission new concepts when assets are insufficient.
• Write detailed high-converting ad briefs for multiple formats.
• Ensure alignment with brand identity and local resonance.
• Provide strategic feedback to designers and leadership.
