Quince, a high‑quality essentials retailer, seeks a mid‑level Brand Designer to scale European design output from London, Madrid, or Berlin. This on-site role supports campaigns, product launches, and core brand touchpoints, translating direction into polished assets across digital channels.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in brand design, strong typography, and hands-on experience with Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Strong video editing / motion graphic experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in brand design, preferably in ecommerce or consumer brands.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Excellent typography, layout, and visual design skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Experience working within brand systems and guidelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio that demonstrates both strong taste level and production capability.
• Understanding of formats of main Paid Social Channels (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube).

Responsabilités

• Campaign & Marketing Asset Execution: Update and adapt assets (voiceover, imagery, text, terms) for the UK/EU market.
• Design and execute creative assets for campaigns, product launches, email, paid media, and site.
• Translate creative direction into clear, compelling, on-brand visuals.
• Ensure consistency across deliverables while adapting designs to formats and channels.
• Maintain a high typography, layout, and visual hierarchy standard.
• Provide Ecommerce & Site Design support for PDPs, CLPs, LPs, homepage, and site experiences.
• Create assets that enhance product storytelling and user engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive ecommerce execution.
• Prepare production-ready files across digital channels; version assets across sizes/formats.
• Contribute to design systems for Europe and maintain quality across touchpoints.
