• Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working in a regulated environment with FCA, PRA, Ofgem or similar.
• Strong governance, compliance, risk management and accountability knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance.

Responsabilités

• Develop and strengthen the Group Ethics & Compliance Governance Framework.
• Act as the subject matter expert for SM&CR, guiding stakeholders.
• Drive enhancements to accountability frameworks, including regulatory mapping and SM&CR reform initiatives.
• Deliver training, communications and engagement activities to embed accountability and compliance obligations.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and information requests to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain key elements of the Compliance Framework, including policies and governance documentation.
• Build effective relationships across the business to support governance objectives.
