NetworkPlus is seeking a Senior Estimator within our PMO to price and win large, complex capital schemes across water, gas, electricity and civils. You will own high-value tenders from enquiry through to award, delivering accurate target costs and robust commercial strategies.

The role involves leading tender processes, negotiating terms with clients, mentoring the estimating team and ensuring a smooth handover from tender to construction, with monthly work-winning targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tender process from enquiry through to award for high-value bids.
• Develop accurate target costs and robust commercial strategies for complex schemes.
• Negotiate prices and contract terms with clients and present bids for adjudication and sign-off.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the estimating team and liaise with delivery teams for handover.
