Job summary

KBM Resourcing is seeking a Senior Estimator for a Fit Out/Refurbishment contractor based in the south of Glasgow. You will prepare cost estimates, lead tender submissions, and collaborate with commercial and operational teams to deliver projects across offices, hotels, industrial sites, and institutions.

The role requires demonstrable estimating experience within construction, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple tenders to strict deadlines.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join a Fit Out/ Refurbishment Construction Contractor based in the South of Glasgow. Project sectors you can expect to find yourself working on include offices, hotels, industrial units, schools, hospitals and more.

• Collaborate closely with further Commercial and Operational teams.


• Oversee estimating process from initial enquiry to final submission.


• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.


• Maintain up to date knowledge of suppliers and market rate.


• Adhere to all health safety procedures.

Required

• Demonstrable experience in a similar role within the construction industry.


• Excellent attention to detail.

Remuneration

• Salary: £65-70K


• Car Allowance: £5K


• Bonus Scheme – 5% of annual salary
