Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of heavy civil estimating experience.
• Ability to lead estimates from inquiry through award.
• Strong relationships with regional GCs, developers, engineers, and owners.

Responsibilities

• Personally build detailed heavy civil estimates and bids.
• Lead estimates in HCSS HeavyBid.
• Evaluate plans, specs, quantities, production, crews, equipment, materials, subcontractors, schedule, and risk.
• Develop bid strategy with President/Owner and determine opportunities to pursue.
