Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Senior Estimator with a strong technical background in piling, foundations and ground engineering to produce accurate estimates, tenders and bids for projects across the UK.

You will develop competitive tenders, analyse drawings and specifications, price value-engineered alternatives, attend tender meetings, and help grow the business by securing opportunities while ensuring cost control and safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, timely estimates and submit competitive bids across Scandinavia.
• Analyse detailed client requirements, drawings and specifications.
• Price value-engineered alternatives to plans and specifications for bespoke bids.
• Attend pre- and post-tender bid meetings with clients and their representatives.
• Work under deadline pressures in an efficient, calm manner.
• Assist the business sector to meet financial targets.
• Identify and develop new opportunities for work.
• Identify new suppliers or sub-contractors to improve safety, performance and profit.
