Qualifications

• Develop accurate and timely estimates for piling, foundations and GE contracts.
• Analyse client requirements, drawings and specifications.
• Prepare quotations considering all costs of delivery.
• Negotiate with clients, suppliers, contractors and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Submit competitive bids and proposals for clients across the region.
• Attend pre and post tender bid meetings with clients and their representatives.
• Identify and develop potential new opportunities for work.
• Identify new suppliers or sub-contractors to improve safety, performance and profit.
