Job summary

Contract Scotland is seeking an experienced Estimator for a Central Scotland-based role. You will lead end-to-end estimating for new-build projects up to £20m, with exposure to industrial, commercial and social housing sectors.

Responsibilities include take-offs, pricing, package build-ups, subcontractor liaison, and analysing drawings and Bills of Quantities to ensure competitive submissions. On-site coordination and tender preparation are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating for new build projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings and Bills of Quantities.
• Strong liaison with subcontractors and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end estimating process for new build projects
• Undertake take-offs, pricing, and package build-ups across all trade elements
