Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Senior Estimator for a role based in Warrington. The position involves preparing accurate estimates, tenders and quotations for refurbishment, maintenance or social housing projects, with exposure to reviewing drawings and contract docs.

You will analyse subcontractor quotations and contribute to cost-saving opportunities while coordinating with commercial and operations teams.

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum

One of our established principal contractors are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Estimator to join their team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for an estimator with a strong background in construction, particularly someone experienced in pricing refurbishment, maintenance or social housing projects.

• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Confident communicating with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Experience with estimating/tendering software is desirable
